  Company Founder. Invented and patented the "pole-to-ski coupling arrangement" which is the basis for Quickpole Technology. Engineered the working aspect of the product. Concieved company logo and branding. Brought product to test market stage. Raised Capital for initial design development and test marketing. Managed all aspects of Quickpoles, LLC, including Production, Design, Patent Prosecution, Marketing and Branding.

  February 2008 - August 2009

  Founded Company. Concieved group branding, Currently developing and pursuing the rights to numerous inventions. Invented the "pole-to-ski coupling arrangement." Sold ski invention to investors and founded Quickpoles, LLC. Currently involved development of various brands and product lines. The Bluegrass Companies is a d/b/a currently owned by Starry and Associates, Inc., Mr. Starry's personal holding company.

  April 2004 - February 2008

  Founded Company. Managed all aspects of Home Construction and Sales, including, site selection and purchase, design, permiting, purchasing, subcontracting, foundation, framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, interior and exterior finishing, and sales.

• Owner/President at Starry & Associates, PC

  1997 - 2004

  Founded Litigation Firm. Managed all aspects of practice. Performed lead role in larger cases and supervised younger attorneys in smaller cases. Supervised office manager in law office management role. Developed case management system. Interviewed clients, conducted discovery, prepared for, mediated, and/or tried complex personal injury and product liability cases, briefed and argued all appeals at state and federal levels.
